You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission, or use another person's account without authorization.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

• Spam, phish, or distribute malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without our express written permission
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the content you post to the Service (trip plans, messages, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and share that content as necessary to provide the Service to you and your trip group members.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse any user content and have no obligation to monitor it, though we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., for authentication or payments). We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

All content, design, code, and branding of the Service — excluding user content — is owned by Friends that Send and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Friends that Send is a trip planning and coordination tool. We are not a travel agency and do not book or guarantee any travel arrangements. Any bookings made through third-party providers are solely between you and that provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Friends that Send shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
